PEI is shockingly beautiful. The red soil, emerald grass, and sapphire sky too our breath away. We could clearly understand where Lucy M. Montgomery drew her inspiration for the lovely Anne of Green Gables story. Oh, and we ate Lobster for the first time. It was rich and incredibly delicious. Exactly what we were expecting on the east coast.
